I just placed an order, when will it ship? 

Production time will be 3-5 days, We will ship items within 7-10 days. Tracking numbers will be updated once items are shipped. If tracking number is not received within 7 days from placing order please contact us via email.

 

Can I request a refund ? What is your exchange policy?

All sales are final! 

Due to these items being very limited, we do not take returns for refunds . ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items.

 

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a exchange or store credit. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a exchange, you can contact us at aubreyfashions0521@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a  shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues ?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non- exchanged items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items.

 

What if I never received my item?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
